To strengthen and advance our efforts to address the problem of childhood obesity in our community, LCHAY collaborates with a wide range of concerned individuals, organizations and institutions. Our coalition includes physicians, nurses and dieticians, parents, educators, school board members and district administrators, legislators, local businesses, service organizations and community planners among others.
We value creative and effective projects and programs that foster safe physical activity, increased access to nutritious food and policies that support healthy, livable communities. If you are involved in this type of work, or would like to be, please contact us to explore ways we might learn from each other and work together.
